Brushing alone does not clean in-between your teeth, therefore it is important for everyone to clean in-between all your teeth once a day.

To avoid tooth decay it is important to reduce sugar and simple carbohydrates in your diet as this is what bacteria feed on to produce acid which leads to holes in you teeth.

Drinking alcohol increases the risk of mouth cancer. Alcoholic drinks are also acidic and high in sugar which leads to toothwear, sensitivity and caries.
