Anita qualified 1983 at the University of Umea, Sweden and has more than 30 years of experience in different aspects of dentistry, both in Sweden and other countries. From year 2000 she worked in a few dental practices in Devon until she started up her own practice in Plymouth 2006. Special interests are aesthetic dentistry including implants, crown and bridge work together with partial dentures of all designs and materials, orthodontics with clear aligners and fixed “Fast Braces” as well as oral surgery. Somnowell antisnoring appliance is also a treatment option that she found is very useful and beneficial in the treatment of snoring, sleep aphnoea and other sleeping disorders.

Dr David Alarcon

Graduated Dentistry from Newcastle university in 2021, before which he studied Biomedical Sciences in Plymouth University.
David enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, working with children and patients with dental phobia or extra needs.
David is currently developing his portfolio of aesthetic and non-destructive dental treatments including tooth whitening, composite fillings and veneers.
He has fund raised for dental charity Bridge2Aid running the Great North run and is hoping to engage in more charity work in the coming years.
David take pleasure in spending time in nature, DIY, keeping fit and eating healthy.

Dr Katie Platt

Qualified from Plymouth University in 2022 and is originally from Yorkshire. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but particularly endodontics. She recently joined the team at Central Park DP and has settled in very quickly. In the future she would like to do more of cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time she loves to explore Devon with friends and family.

Wioletta graduated in 2019 from the University of Plymouth as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist . Since qualifying she has been working in private and NHS practices where she gained a variety of dental skills , including restorative and periodontal treatments. She is passionate providing the best care for patients , high standards of treatments and strong focus on prevention . She has a keen interest in treating gum disease and paediatric dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the coastline with her family.
